TLALLI  is an ongoing photographic documentary exploring daily life in San Isidro in Michoacán de Ocampo .The project examines memory, resilience, and territory through the lens of local craft (Christmas baubles) , family life, youth identity, and the silent presence of the narco.

Using analog medium format photography and subtle staging, I intends to capture gestures, light, and composition as narrative elements. In some images, I will experiment with film soup techniques, immersing film in local substances to create organic, unpredictable textures.

TLALLI is a sensitive and poetic portrait of a community negotiating tradition, modernity, and the pressures of violence.

This project is currently being developed with the support of DRAC Île-de-France as part of the Aide Individuelle à la Création program.
